Shipping
- Orders ship in 1–2 business days (no weekends/holidays).
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- We use USPS/UPS — whichever gets it to you fastest.
- Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
- If something arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace or refund at our discretion.
- Address changes after checkout aren’t guaranteed.
Returns
- All sales are final due to the nature of personal-care products.
- We do not accept returns of opened or used items.
- Wrong item or damaged in transit? Email a photo within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
- Orders can only be canceled if they haven’t shipped yet.
- Wholesale orders are final and non-returnable.
